The International Filmfestival Assen (IFA) is a three day film festival in Assen, the capital of Drenthe. IFA 2019 presents a program packed with Dutch and international film hits; from comedy to thriller, from documentary to drama. All about, with or made by women. A platform for female talent, as well as northern (short) film directors. IFA is one of the oldest festivals in Europe with this focus, and the only one in The Netherlands. IFA 2019 takes place on March 8, 9 and 10 at DNK, Assen.
